Email Issues/404 Error

  • Hello,

    I am having a few problems with this plugin:
    – Submission won’t send to email or database, the form is properly filled out.
    – When I click submit (tried code version and auto form submit button) it goes to 404 Page not found.

    I would really like to get this up and running, thanks so much for your help. I love the plugin aside from the issues I have found.
