Email issues – strange behavior

    Having an issue with the New User Approve emails on my site.

    I am using WP SMTP to send through google apps.
    Here are my email issues:
    When a user registers no email is sent to the administrator.
    On Approval a default WP email is sent i.e. not the one I set in New User Approve settings page.
    When a user is unapproved no email is sent.
    When a user is deleted the unapproved email in New User Approve settings is sent.

    Any ideas? Thanks!
