• Hello

Loving the plugin as it will be perfect for our needs but having 3 issues with it on the customer email side.

    1. The “Accept and Pay” button is not working on the email the customer received (tested on a Hotmail email account). It is not linked to anything and does not do anything on click.
    2. The email(s) to the customer did not send at all when testing with a Gmail account (did not have this issue with the Hotmail account we tested earlier). Did not arrive in Inbox, Junk/Spam box or any other location. Confirmed that the email we tested with was correct.
    3. The sender name of the email that the customer receives says it is from “WordPress”. Unsure how to change this to have it show our business name.

    Hello @firstg,

Thank you for your feedback! From the issues you’ve mentioned, it appears there might be an SMTP configuration issue on your site. Could you confirm if the SMTP settings have been configured correctly?

I also recommend reviewing your email logs to verify whether emails are being triggered by our plugin. The logs should include the email content, which can help confirm if the email body is being generated as expected.

Feel free to share your findings, and we’ll be glad to assist you further!

Hello, I recently installed a public email account, but it does arrive, but it does not arrive at the company domain. Could you give an example of how the SMTP should be configured? For example, I have 3 providers: Punto.pe for the domain, Hostinger.es for the web hosting, and Zoho.com for Zoho email. Or is it necessary to install another plugin for the email? If so, which one do you recommend?
