Email issue for CF7

Hi, I’m having issues with Mail (2) in CF7. It seems to send fine and I get no errors. The main email is sent to the person who is supposed to receive it, and the delegate’s email (from [your-email]) is there in the from field to reply to, as it should be.
But the auto-respond confirmation to the person who applied is not received. My tech account receives a copy, but [your-email] does not. Obviously I need to use a tag to generate the auto response.
Any thoughts? The same happens on other forms, eg join or renew. These are all live forms.
