Email Issue, Client Using Office 365

Hey, I have a client who is using office 365 for their emails on their web host, and one of the business email addresses is linked as the admin email in the backend of WordPress. I just noticed recently that the form submissions weren’t going through to that admin email, and I know there’s an SMTP plugin you can use for that normally, but with it being office 365, free plugins don’t give you that feature to connect to it.

So, I was just wanted to check and see, do I NEED to buy and install the pro version of an SMTP plugin to connect to office 365, or is there another way to do it?
