email issue causing plugin to fail

  • I have the image on the right of the website and when you click it either takes me to the www.remarpro.com support or I get a message pop up that says:

    Your account on www.remarpro.com (where you open a new support thread) is different to the one you login to your WordPress dashboard (where you are now). If you don’t have a www.remarpro.com account yet, please sign up at the top right on the Support Forum page, and then scroll down on that page . It only takes a minute ??

    Thanks for reaching out @entertainers! Do you refer to our support widget? It shows only when you’re logged in to your WP dashboard – is this correct?

    If so you can disable it from at the bottom of Q6 on the plugin’s settings page.
