    Does the plugin support the SendGrid Mailer email program? When you send the reminder manually, the message “wp_mail function returned an error” appears in the order control panel. However, it seems that the e-mails are sent to the customers correctly. The problem is that the review reminder of the order returns to its original state, and says that the reminder has not been sent yet. What would be a sure way to solve this problem? With which WP / Woocommerece email program does the plugin work for sure?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    If you use the option Verified Reviews: No verification on the plugin settings page, the templates are hosted locally on your site and our plugin will use the WordPress function wp_mail() to send the email from your site. I’m not sure if the plugin SendGrid Mailer will break this function. If it does, you can consider disabling this plugin or using the template hosted on our server by switching the option Verified Reviews: Independently Verified.
