Email issue

  • Hello! An email issue: When I try to send a message on my website kikkanyren.net to the email address [email protected], the recipient receives the following error message: “Address not found. Your message was not delivered to [email protected] because it was not found or messages cannot be sent to it. Remote server response: 550 No Search User Here”. The message had been sent via contact form, where the above-mentioned address [email protected] had been specified as the recipient’s email address. The recipient of the message is not registered as a user of the site (should she?), but her email address works just fine otherwise.

    When I change the recipient’s email address into [email protected] (the user of this site) and send a message to myself, I get the message with no error messages.

    The contact form I’m using is part of one of Elementor’s template pages. In the form settings, the fields are filled in as follows: To: [email protected]. Subject: New message from "" Message: all fields. From email: [email protected]. From name: Kikka Nyrén. Reply-To: [email protected]. Cc: blank field. Bcc: blank field.
