• We have the plugin configured in our store and it is working. We sent the test email and received it normally. Sometimes we don’t receive the new order email from Woocommerce. This only happens in some orders. We receive emails for most requests. We can’t understand why most orders we receive by email and some orders we don’t receive. All settings appear to be correct.
