I couldn’t replicate any similar issues when testing your form on a lab site.
Depending on the server settings or hosting restrictions, you may sometimes get emails blocked e.g. when not using the required headers, etc.
First of all, could you please make sure that the email is not getting into the Spam folder.
Next, please try clearing “From Email” and “Reply-to Email” in your email notification, on the Advanced tab, and check if it makes any difference.
If the issue persists, the next steps would be to check it further with the hosting support, if they can help by reviewing the email logs.
You can also try enabling a plugin like Email Log, and check if it can catch errors after submitting the form.
Let us know if you got any specific error in the log, or feedback from the hosting provider.
