Email is not updated (Transactions for Vendor)

Hi, I’m having trouble with the email section where I already edited the email at food-grocery-store/woocommerce/emails/vendor-commissions-transaction.php in theme editor but when I tested it still send the default email. I’m not sure where is the problem at because when I try to edit another email in woocommerce > setting > email section there is no problem.
