    Hi there,
    When I use the option to rename “Completed” email as “Shipped”, no email gets sent when the order is marked as shipped (either my changing the status to that myself, or by adding tracking info and letting that change the status).

    I’ve looked in my email logs, and no email is generated.

    If I don’t use that option (and just leave “Completed” emails as-is) then everything works as expected, and the tracking data is in the email as expected.

    Any suggestions?

    Also, I can confirm that the “Shipped Order” email is enabled in the Woocommerce email options.

    Hi @inspired888,

    We can’t replicate this issue. Please deactivate all other plugins temporally, keep the AST and WC active, see if the issue is resolved, then activate all the other plugins one-by-one and try again after each time you activate a plugin until you find the plugin that creates the conflict.
