Email is not getting sent for user verification

    Hi,
    I have chosen the option “email verification to login”. But I can see that the new user didn’t receive any email for verification link. I have got the alert in the frontend saying that “Check you email for verification” , but unfortunately the user did not receive any email. I have checked spam too. Can you help me?

  • I to am having issues with users not receiving email verifications. Is support looking into this?

    Hello there,

    There might be some issue with email in most of the servers. Or sometimes certain subject or message’s are blocked by the email clients. To test if the plugin is working correctly, please try using some SMTP plugin and use Google’s SMTP for sending mail.
