Unfortunately this is a free plugin and I cannot guarantee compatibility with other plugins — there is simply no way for me to know if my plugin will work with any of the millions of other plugins out there. I have coded it to use WordPress and WooCommerce standard hooks, so it should work under most circumstances, but I cannot rule out the possibility of other plugins which may interfere.
If you have the option, I would say maybe look into using a different “Bonus Regal” plugin.
If you must use that plugin and are not able to get my plugin working with it, I suggest looking into premium paid plugins for WooCommerce Email Customization — they can offer extended support and may be able to help you get your site to work as you need.
