    I keep getting a banner notifications saying “fix this” as the email address is not authorised, but when I click on “fix this” and get taken to the authorised emails it is showing up.

    This has been going on for days now and I have an understandably unhappy client who cannot send notifications.

    Can anyone help?

    (all updates are done so it is running the current versions)

    Thanks for reaching out!

    So if I got it right, you see a warning that your FROM email address is not authorized while it is authorized when you check https://account.mailpoet.com/authorization?

    Can you please check the following:

    – you’re typing your FROM address all lower key when trying to send;
    – you have installed and activated MailPoet Premium plugin;
    – both MailPoet plugins are updated to the latest version;
    – your Premium key is properly activated in MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation, please re-verify it if needed.
