    If I go to an order and try to send an invoice to a customer by going under order actions and choosing email invoice/order details to the customer, it reloads page and says order updated and sent but it doesn’t send the email with an invoice to the customer. What can I be doing wrong?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    First, you’ll want to see if the emails are being correctly generated and sent. Our plugin is designed to generate invoices according to the WooCommerce orders and attaches them along with the WooCommerce order status mail for the selected statuses. Please make sure that the WooCommerce status emails are working properly.

    @webtoffee yes all woo emails are working properly. The only problem is when I’m on an order page and try to send invoice manually

    Thank you for sharing the information. We were not able to replicate it when we tested the same scenario on our end. Kindly share the WooCommerce system status report from WooCommerce > Status via this link for a better understanding.
