Email instead of First name

Hi, we use 2.8.2 MailPoet version.
When users are registered, they are automatically added to the to Subscribers list as WordPress Users.
But, for some reason, last name field is empty and first name field filled out with user’s email address.
If go to users page (/wp-admin/users.php) and manually click edit and update user and then return to subscribers list everything will be ok.
Looks like doesn’t work some hook during user registration. But I don’t know where to start to fix it.
I’ll be very appreciated for any help in this case.
