    Hi there!

One issue that we are currently encountering involves difficulties faced by certain customers during the ordering process. Specifically, when attempting to make a purchase using a credit card, some customers are experiencing an issue where the email input field becomes empty after they have entered their email and move away from the field.

The problem occurs only if a customer uses autofill for credit card’s data, so when they click autofill credit card’s data (number, date, csv), the email input filed is set to empty.

Can you help me out with this problem?

    Looking forward for your answer!

    Best regards,

    Rok

    Hi @rokaklih

This might conflict with the plugin and the browser’s autofill feature. As a first step, I recommend updating the Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway plugin to the latest version if you haven’t already done so. If the issue persists, you might want to disable other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict with another plugin.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, we’ll need to investigate further. Please provide more details about the browsers and versions your customers use when encountering this issue. You can share it via https://www.supportdetails.net/. This will help us better understand and resolve the problem.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi @shameemreza,

thanks for your help and support.

The solution was a bit weird but it works. I’ve added one empty field at the top and hide it.

After updating everything to the latest version, and disabling plugins/themes, it would still be a weird experience on Androids.

So for now it works fine!

    Best regards!

    Rok

I’m thrilled to know that your creative workaround has solved the problem! It’s always wonderful when a dash of inventiveness can fix things.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

Hope you have a fantastic day!
