    Hi there!

    One issue that we are currently encountering involves difficulties faced by certain customers during the ordering process. Specifically, when attempting to make a purchase using a credit card, some customers are experiencing an issue where the email input field becomes empty after they have entered their email and move away from the field.

    They are using andorid phones, such as Xiaomi, Huawei.

    I’ve tested on other devices such as iPhones, Samsung and it’s working fine.

    Can your plugin make this bug happen?

    UPDATE:

    The problem occurs only if a customer uses autofill for credit card’s data, so when they click autofill credit card’s data (number, date, csv), the email input filed is set to empty.

    Could your plugin still make this bug?

    We want to convey to you that we are using the default email validation of WooCommerce in our plugin.

    So, could you please temporarily deactivate our plugin and verify whether the issue still persists or not? If the issue still persists, then it is not due to our plugin.
