email input field disappears after linking mail chimp list

  • Hi, I’ve followed the video, and copied the embed code from mail chimp as shown, however each time I do, the input field for email disappears from the pop-up. If i deactivate the mail chimp sync, the email field returns.
    any help would be great, thanks,

    I have this same problem. I’ve tried tinkering with the options in mailchimp, but it still does not show up in the popup and it removes the existing one.

    Same here. As soon as I put my mail chimp code, email input field disappears.

    Did anyone find a solution to this. I am having the same issue?

    I put the embed code into the Mailchimp area and the sign up disappears. When I deactivate it, it reappears?
