Email inconsistencies

  • I have an issue with the plugin. The plugin works great but the preview emails that I get are not the same as the emails that are sent by Woocommerce.

    I’m using avatax plugin to calculate tax and I use my custom function to insert tax rate in the emails sent. In the emails shown by this plugin the tax is calculated and displayed but the same is not happening when the emails are sent to the customer.

    Hi I haven’t worked with that plugin before. But can you try disabling my plugin and looking at the e-mails.

    Might be a possible conflict but can’t be sure.
