    Thanks for this plugin. Is it not Possible to also develop support for email inbox? By providing support for incoming email we would greatly reduce the need for any email client software separately and also allow us to integrate help desks with email very effectively or also be able to use the email data much more efficiently fr crm etc- there is not a single plugin which does that – even if its premium its fine

    Thank you for your feedback. It’s definitely an interesting idea, but I believe that there are other solutions that would already provide WordPress based helpdesk / CRM solutions. And just embedding the inbox “read-only” would also not be sufficient. You would also like to reply, forward, CC, BCC, add attachments etc. At this point in time this is not on the roadmap. But never say never again ??
