Email in Abandoned Cart

We have a customer who filled in the information for the Cart. The email that he used for the cart is just a random email. He also subscribed to our newsletter with a proper email. Now the problem is, we are not able to send him a reminder email through your plugin because the email is incorrect and there is no way for us to edit it. Can you fix this so that at least we can edit the email field? Thank you.
