Email icon on header image navigate to contact form at bottom of page?

Hi guys,

I have added a social media menu on the header image, created through custom links. I was wondering if there was a compatible plugin, widget or another method to add an email icon and instead of linking this to a URL, upon clicking on the icon, this navigates the user to a contact form at the bottom of that webpage?

I would appreciate any suggestions!
