Email hosting and web hosting on different servers

I’m having issues with the domain email receiving submission from the contact 7 form. FYI, all other emails outside of this domain are successfully being received.

This happens to all instances where the email hosting comes from a different service, than my website hosting:

website hosting: hostgator
email hosting: godaddy / office365
