Email going to SPAM/Junk

@networksquad please get the email headers of the email that is going into the spam box (you’ll need the recipient to get this from the content of the mail). Once you have these, copy the headers into this tool from Google. It’s meant to be for testing correct Google Apps setup. However, it can be used to diagnose incorrectly configured mail servers: https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/messageheader/

I wouldn’t paste the headers or output here, as they may contain sensitive info. However, a broad summary of the output from the Google tool would be useful as a starting point for diagnosis.
