Email from UsersWP on spam

    Hi guys,
    I noticed that every email sent via UsersWP is sent to the spam folder, at least on Outlook.

    I set up my webmail in the settings so that email are sent from [email protected]

    Also I use FluentSMTP to send transactional with Sendgrid. I haven’t touch the email template, just translated the text and change primary color.

    Any idea on how to fix this or improve this?

  • Hi,

    You need to reach out to your hosting provider as the emails sent to spam can be due to google considering the IP address of mail received from.
