    ANY EMAIL FROM THIS PLUGIN JUST ENDS UP IN A JUNK FOLDER IS THERE A WAY TO SEND THEM WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING TRIED 4 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS

    Hi @shaun1733,

    A reminder email going in the Spam folder is not an issue from our plugin. Based on the email content, GMAIL categorizes this email type. Sometimes due to server settings, emails are going to the spam folder.

    You can try to use the SMTP plugin for preventing the test email from going into the SPAM folder. We have tested our Abandoned Cart Lite and PRO plugin with some of the “SMTP” plugins. And our plugin works fine with them. If our plugin is not working fine with the SMTP plugin on your site then please let me know.

    Also, can you please check the abandoned cart email notifications are going into Inbox folder of your email account by changing the subject name and Email Body content of the email template? As sometimes email’s subject and body content cause the email to go into the SPAM folder due to the email server settings.

    OR you can contact your hosting team and let them know about the issue and ask them if there are any security parameter which was given for the emails.

    ok thanks can i add orders that have been abandoned before i activated the plugin
