Email from Post Edit Page to Author and Email Alerts

IS there a plugin that can do this:

1: Let me compose and send an email to one of the authors of Self Hosted WordPress blog
2: Let me compose the email from Make/Edit Post Page of Admin Panel.

3: Sends and email when Author submits and article
4: Sends and email when Author’s article is published.
5: Sends and email when Author’s article is Rejected/Trashed.
