    Hi there
I’ve received an email from paypal about my shopping cart integration – the only integration I have with my account is via the contact form 7 paypal add on plugin. The email says :

“We’ve identified your integration as passing either invalid or incorrect data to PayPal in one or more of your payment buttons. To ensure your payments continue to process, you’ll need to update your integration as soon as possible”

There’s a link to more info here:

    https://www.paypal-knowledge.com/infocenter/index?page=content&id=FAQ2067&expand=true&locale=en_US

However it mentions that if you use a 3rd party plugin to contact them directly.

Can anyone let me know what needs to be done or is it something that the plugin needs to update to be inline with PayPal?

    Thanks

    Hi,

This can be caused by a few things. Are you doing any of the following:

Passing values other than an integer or “.” in the amount field

Passing more than 127 characters in the item_number field (for example, using item_number for Note to Buyer information)

Passing more than 64 characters in option fields (on0, on1, etc.)

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi Scott

I’m not sure. I’m just using the plugin out of the box. You can see the form here:

    Any thoughts appreciated!

    Ali
