Email “From” is wrong – Both Name and Address?

I’m setting up our first newsletter, and no matter what I change the From field is wrong, both the Name and URL/address.

In every setting I can find (within MailPoet > Settings) I’ve specified this manually.

The weirder part is that the address itself includes “dev.” before the actual address. So instead of [email protected] it’s [email protected]. Now we did build the site originally in a dev subdomain, but I can’t find that specified ANYWHERE in the site. Not in the WP User Settings, not in Mailpoet, nowhere.

What am I missing?

For starters, where exactly is this setting supposed to be defined?
