email ‘from’ information

yes that is what’s called the “new order” email. this is what i’m referring to.

as i previously stated, i want the customer’s information in the from field, instead of my information (name and email address).

It looks like you want to change the “From” details in the “New Order” email to the customers name and email. Correct?

Currently, WooCommerce core doesn’t have built-in functionality to change the email from fields from site admin to customer, and I am also unable to find a plugin that has this capability.

You’d need to look at customization to achieve this. If you’re not comfortable with coding I’d recommend consulting with a developer, as customizing email functionalities can be complex.
