    No I don’t have a custom mod, if is just the standard download version but when I receive emails from the form they all display the same from email (my email host) and the same subject line (despite what the user types on the form – info in email is displayed ok). So when I export the data to an Excel spreadsheet all the email addresses and subject are exactly the same.

    Hi,

    The “from” email address is fixed in the plugin to avoid email server filters and beings classified as spam, however if you want to have that option as a visual configuration setting then use this other plugin (also free) that is like a more advanced version of the CP Easy Form Builder plugin:
