Email forwarding intermittent problem

    We have five FormCraft forms on our site. Most of the time they perform fine, but over the last two weeks there have been at least four forms that were completed and submitted but weren’t forwarded to the nominated email address. The problem is intermittent as most of the forms are forwarded to the same email address. Please help!

    Email delivery is a tricky issue. FormCraft doesn’t deliver emails – it simply instructs your server to delivery them. Shared web hosts are notoriously bad at email delivery.

    We recommend using a third-party plugin like Easy WP SMTP.
