email form if/else function

In the CF7 email, it is obvious how to customize based on a selection (e.g. [technical-support-selected]) but is it possible to do the opposite – not selected??

We have a drop down with 5 items, and want to customize a line of email text if one of specific the items is selected but if any of the other 4 are selected, include this other text.

Right now it seems we would have to create an inclulsion for each of the selected items – which is messy, especially in the subject line!

Hopefully there’s another way to do this. Thanks!
