    Hey, I’ve been using this plugin for our Staff Directory. I was wondering if it’s possible to use an HTML form on every single profile instead of having a mailto link. Would this feature be possible if I were to purchase the pro version? We want to continue to use this plugin but we need to be able to have a form on each single page so students are able to directly email their teacher through the staff directory.

    Here is a screenshot of our old site. Each employee would have this form when you click on their name, similar to what would show on the “Single Page” of each staff member.

    Unfortunately the screenshot won’t let us to see the HTML or identify the plugin.
    What plugin do you currently use to create contact forms?

    We currently don’t have any plugin to create contact forms. This plugin was from our old site which was through Joomla! I was wondering if there was a way to add any sort of form through your plugin.

    Contact forms are dedicated plugins. There are quite a few available. Shortcode is usually used to render the form on a page. Shorcode parameters may be available to prepopulate the form.

    Staff List doesn’t have an option to create any kind of contact forms.

    You could use hybrid pages and contact form plugin to add the required feature.
