    Hi,

    I have had a few customers who have tried to book a session online to be told their email address already exists with another account and requires the customer to submit another email address. Is there a way for repeat customers to be able to book with their original email without being prevented from booking? Thank you, Justin ?

    Hi,

    We have option for this in the Roles Settings on the Settings page, it’s called “Check customer’s name for existing email when booking”. If you disable it your customers will be able to schedule with same email but different first and last name.
