Email Footer Time Not Set to My Time Zone

Hello:

WP V 4.0
FS Contact Form V 4.0.27

In the Enable sender information in email footer setting, the time that shows up in the email is not in my time zone which is USA Eastern St. Time. I believe it is showing as Universal Coordinated Time.

Is there a way to fix this?
