Email filter for Admin pre-order notification

Hey, I’m using your plugin for my order approval process and it is working great. But I want to send that Admin pre-order notification to one more recipient. So please help me by giving the email filter for the Admin pre-order notification. Or suggest me any other way to accomplish this.
