email field not displaying in profile

    Hello there ??

    I’m using your plug in “Import and export users and customers”
    And it does a great job.

    I wab able to create all the extra fields I do need within BuddyPress.
    And, automatically, send an email to each user.

    BUT :
    Like you can see here, the email field is not displaying :

    But if I clik over “Modifier” (modify), the email field is empty :

    On my import, I do have an email for each user (and each user did receive a message on their Email for information).

    Do you have any idea ?

    As I told you before: this is not a problem of this plugin.

    The problem is from the plugin you use to create profiles.

    This plugin import and assign correctly the email.

    I’m using BuddyPress !!

    So I have created a txt field named “Email” inside BuddyPress .
    I have the folloing, whitin my csv file :

    NAME (mandatory)
    email
    member_id
    civilite
    prenom
    ….

    I’m using your plugin since it’s buddypress compatible !

    And it’s working :

    But there is no way to see the emails imported in each users profile ..

    I’m out ??

    Sorry but I hope you understand this is a free support forum about this plugin.

    I don’t know too much about BuddyPress.

    I do understand .
    No problem.

    But because you have made this option “BuddyPress compatibility” I thought you were more informed about if ??

    I made compatibilities, which means that we try to connect different data structures but your problem is not about it.

    Your problem is about BuddyPress and as you can see we use dozens of hours giving support for free about our plugin but we cannot convert this forum in a general support forum about any other plugin of WordPress.

    Moreover in this case, I don’t know where is your problem.
