    This plugin looks great for our needs. For admin to place an order over the phone using the front end. However, our clients calling to place orders often do Not have an email address (elderly people) and thus cant place an order for them as the email field is mandatory. If there a way to turn off email as a mandatory if selecting ‘Place Shop as Client’ ?

    Unfortunately that’s not possible as the email is a mandatory field for WooCommerce orders.

    I would suggest you create an account with an internal email and use that email for all the customers that do not have email addresses.

    That might work. However, if we use the same email address for multiple orders, will the users data (address, name etc) not be over written each time and therefore the data will only be correct for the latest order?

    Yes, but that would happen anyway as you could not create a WordPress user without an email address.

    Can’t create an user because you have no email

    Can’t leave the order as guest because the order needs an email – and that’s why I suggested using an internal account/email just for that.

    The pro add-on allows you to load the classic checkout fields without any values on it, so that the previous order details won’t show up.

    It works really well thanks Marco.
    Is it possable to move the postion to above/before the BIlling detials?

    The Pro version automatically sets the position to the top of the form.
