Email feature does not work

    Hello , I very much like the format of your plugin and the idea of capturing leads. However the email does not work. I tested twice and did not get any email from this plugin after filling in the numbers and my email to get sent the results.

    Ok there is a missing piece in the instructions. On the conventional tab I had put in my own email and then the lead email worked or was sent to me. Should there be a smart tag here that inputs the email that is put in by the person asking for the result? I am talking about the email address field right above the message body.

    I don’t see our calculator on that page referenced but rather a different one, is ours located somewhere else so we could test?
