eMail fails to send

    I am using CleanPrint v3.4.3. Most things seem to work, except I either get no images, or I get duplicates. My problem now is the email button fails to send email. I can fill in all the data, but when I send I get this: There seems to have been a problem sharing the article, etc. Are there any settings I’m missing here? Thanx…the plugin is great as far as it goes?

    No there are no settings, are you seeing the error from a mobile device or computer? Do you see it on any page you try?

    I tried several different post types and had the error on each. I am on a computer, not a mobile device. The system is hardwired to the internet.

    Our server is attempting to access your site for additional content and fails because your site won’t allow external connections (preview mode).

    hmmmm…I was just at a neighbors home and the site was available.

    I even went to the particular page I first hadthe problemwith:

    I don’t understand the problem you are having.

    When you pressed the Email button you did so from a WP Preview which, at least at the time, was not accessible from our server. This was confirmed by an error message in our logs plus I tried it myself.

    Email appears to be working now, are you still having problems?

    AWESOME! I figured it had to be something really simple. I love this plugin so far…and the support was tremendous.
