email fails fraud test

    Hi

    I have used Contact 7 to create an email. When it arrives its is placed in the junk folder and it says ‘This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be’

    I have these settings. Is there something obviously wrong?

    To: [email protected]
    From: Enquiry from Delenco Website <[email protected]>
    Subject: Enquiry form Delenco Food ltd
    Additional Headers: Reply-To: [email protected]

    i used the shorted to place it in a page. Above where I put ‘domain’ it is delenco.co.uk

    OK. What other plugins do you use?

    You haven’t updated WordPress and the plugin for about 1 year, have you? Is there any reason?

    I have just taken this site on – it was never really finished, though it is live. I know I need to update wp – it’s on the to-do list, but I haven’t raised the potential problems of plugins not working with the client yet. There is somekind of ‘hard coded jQuery’ affair that is making the image library work and I don’t really want to risk that falling over.

    Other activated plugins:
    advanced custom fields.
    backupwp
    YoastSEO

    I just noticed that Contact 7 is 4.3.1

    The theme is based around the ‘foundation press’ framework

    You’d better update them first. If it’s difficult to update WordPress, at least update Contact Form 7 to the latest version (4.5.1).

    BTW, do you realize you have SPF setting in your delenco.co.uk DNS?
