    Hi and Good day,

We been using your plugin for long while so far, however lately our users start complaining on getting Account expired emails notifications even after we renewed their account a month or so before that,

Not sure if this is related to caching or us using cloudflare lately,

any suggestions on what we could do to fix this?

    Hello,

Is this a monthly subscription? Could it be possible it corresponds with an expiration?

Also, are you renewing the account manually? As an admin? How exactly is this happening?

    Hi and thanks for replying,

Its yearly subscription, sometimes 2 or 3 years subscription, i tested with different account but it started being sent to users a week or so after expiry, for some cases it will come the first day of expiring.

Yes, the subs team will renew for their clients, so its done Manually.

    Thank you,

    Hello @kindghost22,

Are you perhaps duplicating the website somewhere?

For example, if you created a staging copy of your website, since it has the same database with subscriptions, it will potentially send these emails (cron needs to work and emails need to be sent from it).

It is recommended either to disable emails entirely on the staging website or just go to PMS -> Settings -> Emails and disable them by unchecking the respective box for each email.

    Regards.
