Email errors in log: “This email has empty body”
-
I’m getting error logs that are sent to the Admin via notifications (if enabled). It’s basically:
“You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
For the domain: https://mydomainname.com
The log to paste when you open a support issue:
This email has empty body”The contact forms appear to be sending/receiving emails as intended w/o any issues (I’m testing but not using it for production just yet).
The error log shows these errors even when the site isn’t having forms submitted and the errors seem to stack up between three to six duplicates w/in the same minute or w/in a minute of each other. They apear on and off every few days. Again, the forms are not live and even if I’m not testing the errors sometimes pop up.
I’m set up using Gmail API and when I run the connection test it gives me this:
1. ? No outbound route between this site and the Internet on Port 25.
2. ? No outbound route between this site and the Internet on Port 465.
3. ? No outbound route between this site and the Internet on Port 587.However, I don’t have any issues sending and receiving emails for the forms submitted so not sure why the errors show up. Furthermore, if the connection test gives me those red flags on the ports, how can I still send/receive w/o issue?
Any thoughts or suggestions?
