    Hi,

    recently I have been receiving this email:

    “You get this message because an error was detected during the delivery of your e-mail.
    For the domain: https://purshape.com
    The log to paste when you open a support ticket:
    5.7.0 Invalid login or password”

    I don’t really know what is not right and it matches times at which orders are placed on my Woocommerce.

    Any explanation or solution for me ?

    Hope you are doing good.

    When you send test mail what error comes? share test email log if possible

    are adding the correct email and password?

    If possible can you share the Email log or Diagosnitc Test Log here?

    Please create your own new post and write more details on it, like diagnostic log, test email log and which SMTP Services are you using ?
