Email entries to multiple people based on selections

I would like to be able to have the entries emailed to different people based upon which selection they make from a specific drop down menu.

For example, if the user chooses ‘PNRFU’ from the League drop down I want the entry to be emailed to one person, if they chose ‘Canada’ I would like the entry to be emailed to a different person. Is this possible?
