email entries not going to ActiveCampaign

    I have set up activecampaign. I cannot get email entries into hustle pop ups or embeds to actually go to activecampaign.
    I have confirmed correct API and url. I have tried different email addresses. I have deactivated every plug in other than Hustle. I have ensured that ActiveCampaign is properly added to active apps on the pop up and embed set up pages. I have tried with local list on and with local list off. I have ensured that the proper email list is specified (Master Contact List) and this alone confirms the proper credentials for ActiveCampaign as this list name is pulled from ActiveCampaign.

    I’ve also switched to a different theme and same issue….
    Also, I have used another form (blossom newsletter) and it works just fine sending the info to ActiveCampaign
    I have tried with stop showing this across the site activated and with keep showing activated. No luck anywhere

    Hi @affrag,

    I was testing this on my end and I was able to replicate the issue there as well ??
    Not sure if there were some changes in ActiveCampaing API that could be causing this but thanks for bringing it to our attention, I’ve tasked it up for our devs to check it out further and see what might be going on.

    Thanks for the quick reply! I’m hoping a fix is found because I really like the opt in forms I’ve created with Hustle! Thanks!

    There’s no fix yet. It’s reported to our developers and they are working on a solution. We’ll release a fix for that for sure but it needs to be coded and tested to make sure not only that it works but also that id doesn’t interfere with any other features of the plugin and doesn’t break anything as a side-effect.

    I don’t have an ETA but I can assure you that it’s “on the table” and will be addressed.

    Hello I have the same issue here.
    I have set up a WordPress popup which supposedly sends email and name into activecampaign but it won’t function correctly. It also doesn’t open a pop up which supposedly has to open after the user submits the form of the first pop up.

    Any solutions?
