Email Encoding

    I am having trouble formatting the approval/pending/denial emails since they appear to send with different encoding.

    Pending membership emails are sent encoded as text/plain
    Membership approved emails are sent encoded as text/html
    Membership denied emails are sent encoded as text/html

    Is there a way to force BuddyPress Registration Options to use one specific encoding type for emails?

    Not quite sure what’s going on there at the moment, truth be told.

    I know I have filters to set our emails to be text/html for content type, via the “wp_mail_content_type” filter. We add our filter right before invoking wp_mail() and remove it right after, for the 3 email spots we presently send for.

    I can try and see if I can recreate sometime in the near future.
